Obesity is a harmful condition in which excessive accumulation of fat in body. In Overweight person weights more than his BMI. Obesity can be classified as follows:
Grade 1: BMI of 30.0–34.9, considered low-risk
Grade 2: BMI of 35.0–39.9, considered moderate-risk
Grade 3: BMI of 40.0 or greater, considered high-risk

The first step of weight loss program is registration, here we have successfully convinced ourselves that we need change and to do so in our life we need somebody’s help & we are going to follow as much as possible to make it happen. Psychologically preparing yourself is very important to change your habits. Habits are difficult to change & they take charge of you unknowingly, so when we are in this process of change one needs to be conscious of each & every habit, even if is not related to food, one need to accept their good & bad habit.
The second step of our weight loss program is to make him / her understand the grey areas & council them on how we can make changes & achieve our milestones to achieve the goal. In this test we also evaluate the doctor’s report (if any), blood test (if any), BMI & body measurements. In this step we ask to do some blood test if required.
The third step is to include healthy intake in their schedule and help them understand their milestones and final goal.
The fourth step is to make gradual changes & counsel them for their problems, hurdles & mental blocks. This step is an ongoing process till our patient or client achieves their goal.
In our Weight Loss program, we do not prescribe any supplements or any fat cutter or meal replacement powders.
Our Weight Loss Diet
Our weight loss program is pretty pocket-friendly, and we teach our patients/clients diet techniques they can follow in the future. We even share recipes with them.
Our program also consists of pranayama and exercise tips. We try to follow similar steps to include suitable exercises in their routine to get holistic benefits.
The cooking, eating and exercise techniques give them a better understanding of themselves and the confidence that change is possible, and they can do it.

Where we plan, structure and focus on physiological movements or fitness.
In this program we plan to do physical exercise in combination with breathing exercises to increase stamina, metabolism & fat burning.
We customize exercise plans as well according to current weight, fat percentage, muscle mass, and other physical ailments / medical disorders.
The combination of exercise includes Pranayama, yoga & cardio fitness.
